"I bless the rains down in Africa..." The verdict is in—after much debate, we found out that the royal nursery is going to be Africa-themed. Prince Will told CNN he'll add decor through, “toy elephants and rhinos around the room.” The continent is a theme which he picked with the hope that his son will one day explore Africa the way he and his brother Harry did when they were kids with their parents, Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana. Well, news like that can't just pass us by without an opinion of our own! If Will and Kate needed some baby boy room decor ideas for how to do an Africa-themed room, then they should look no further. Here are our two chic conceptions of an "Africa" themed nursery:

In this version, animals from the continent overlook a crib swathed in a cloth resembling mosquito netting, while a map-of-the-world rug and nightstand made out of a trunk point to an adventurous spirit. The sand and khaki palette ties the rest together. Inspiration Image via InteriorExteriorIdeas.
A more muted, less literal conception of the theme begins with a green palette and tree decals for a jungle vibe, then amplifies the look through to-die-for cute accessories like the elephant stool and art print. The fur rug is a nice touch too, and perfect for crawling. Inspiration Image via Little Lovely. - We're excited to see what the real outcome is, but we thought these were some great starting points. What do you guys think of the theme? How would you try decorating this nursery?
